Derek McInnes has slated referee Willie Collum and the VAR officials for not awarding Kilmarnock a penalty at the death against Celtic.
With minutes remaining Joe Wright appeared to be hauled to the ground in the box by Giorgos Giakoumakis following a long throw into the box.
Collum waved away appeals and VAR officials decided not to urge the whistler to review his call.
Giakoumakis then went up the other end and cemented Celtic's spot in the League Cup final as he grabbed their second goal of the evening at Hampden Park.
Asked if his side should have had a penalty, McInnes told Viaplay: "We should have. Absolutely we should have.
"Giakoumakis has got his arms wrapped around Joe Wright and he goes down.
"He can't get to the ball. He has come through the back of him. It is a penalty.
"I think the referee has a great view of it and I am really disappointed with that.
"I felt it was a penalty at the time and having seen it again I am even more so."
