The funeral details for the victim of last week's rally crash in Kerry have been released.
22-year-old Eoin McCarthy of Dunmanway in Cork, was killed after the car he was driving car crashed at the Killarney Forest Rally.
He will be reposing in O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home in Clonakilty on Wednesday evening from 4pm to 7pm.
A funeral mass will take place at 1pm on Thursday in St. Mary’s Church, Rossmore, and it will be able to view via a live stream which people can tune into here.
The family have asked that any donations, if desired, go to the Irish Community Air Ambulance.
According to CorkBeo, Eoin was airlifted to Cork University Hospital after the collision on the day’s fourth stage at Mount Eagle in Castleisland.
His co-driver of the Honda Civic, Daniel O’Brien, was also taken to hospital in the aftermath of the incident.
Tributes have poured in to the sports fanatic following the news of his sad passing.
One person wrote: "Eoin's untimely passing leaves a void that cannot be filled for all who knew him
A second said that Eoin "was a lovely polite young man. Always had a smile on his face. Taken too soon.
While a third commented: "He died doing what he enjoyed and doing his best to help others, obviously a kind and caring young man."
