An Edinburgh tenant has left angry notes plastered on a parked car in protest after claiming he was left waiting eight months for home repairs.
The white Fiat 500 was spotted parked on George Street on Monday afternoon - with an assortment of messages and a printed out email pinned in the window.
According to the note that is taped to the passenger side glass, the tenant has been waiting months for repairs to be done on his property. The note appears to be an email sent in November 2022 in the hope they would be fixed by Christmas.

However, added in handwriting, the frustrated tenant claims he and his family have been waiting "eight months and still waiting and no repairs".
In the lengthy note, he explains that he and his partner, and five children are unable to use the shower, their ceiling needs repairing 'before it falls down', and updates to their kitchen and new sealant around the windows are needed.
He adds: "This is making living here very difficult and we are paying full rent as well as being patiently waiting.
"I appreciate you're trying to move things along but really we need all the issues sorted so we can get on with normal day-to-day life and rest when we come back from work."
Other messages scrawled on the motor's bodywork include "we need to talk" and "stop ghosting your tenant."
