West Ham United are in Premier League action this Sunday evening as they face Manchester United at the London Stadium.
David Moyes’ side can go seven points clear of the relegation zone if they win after Leeds United lost 2-1 away at Manchester City on Saturday.
Relegation rivals Southampton, Everton, Nottingham Forest and Leicester City are not in action until Monday, giving the Hammers an opportunity to distance themselves from the battle to avoid the drop.

But the Irons are on a three-game losing streak heading into Sunday’s fixture and they come up against a United side chasing Champions League qualification, currently occupying fourth place in the table, just one point above Liverpool in fifth with two games in-hand over their arch rivals.
United’s form has been patchy of late though. Since being knocked out of the Europa League by Sevilla, the Red Devils have won just once in 90 minutes of their last four games and head into this fixture on the back of a 1-0 defeat by Brighton & Hove Albion on Thursday, with Alexis Mac Allister scoring a late penalty to give the Seagulls victory.
West Ham were struck down by a sickness bug in midweek which saw captain Declan Rice, Nayef Aguerd and Tomas Soucek withdrawing from the squad just hours before the 3-0 loss against Manchester City. All three were in training on Friday.
Valdimir Coufal is set to miss out on facing United due to a hamstring injury, while Maxwel Cornet was not seen training with the squad on Friday and could be a doubt for the fixture. Centre-back Kurt Zouma remains sidelined with an ankle injury and Gianluca Scamacca is expected to be out for the rest of the season after undergoing knee surgery.
