West Ham United manager David Moyes will be without at least two first-team players for the Hammers’ Europa Conference League quarter-final second-leg clash against Gent on Thursday night.
The Hammers are in action for the 12th time in Europe this season in the second leg of their quarter-final clash, having won ten and only drawn once, being held to a 1-1 draw in Gent a week ago in the first leg.
Ahead of the game, Moyes did not confirm any fresh absentees, but two players are guaranteed to miss the game.

Centre-backs Nayef Aguerd and Angelo Ogbonna both trained on Wednesday ahead of the game, having missed Sunday’s 2-2 draw with Arsenal due to respective ankle and back issues. However, Ogbonna will miss the game due to suspension, getting his third booking in Europe in the first leg last week.
The only other confirmed absentee is Italian striker Gianluca Scamacca, who is set to miss the rest of the season after undergoing knee surgery on Saturday morning in Rome.
Academy goalkeeper Krisztian Hegyi trained on Wednesday, meaning he could make the squad. However, with Lukasz Fabianski, Alphonse Areola and Joseph Anang all also training, it is unlikely that Moyes will name 23 players in his matchday squad.
With a maximum of 21 senior players available, it could mean Moyes turns to the under-21s to make up the first-team squad. Kaelan Casey, Levi Laing, Ollie Scarles, Kamarai Swyer, Freddie Potts, Keenan Appiah-Forson and Divin Mubama have all got minutes in Europe this season, making them potential contenders to feature on the bench.
Here is a look at who could feature for the Hammers against the Buffalos.
