Full steam ahead as Thomas the Tank Engine set to arrive in Bo'ness

Thomas the Tank Engine is preparing to make a special appearance in town as part of a special event at Bo'ness & Kinneil Railway.

The children's cartoon favourite is promising a fun-filled day out that's not to be missed.

Thomas will also be in the area alongside Sir Topham Hatt, to ensure he's on his best behaviour.

The event includes a 45-minute return train ride pulled by Thomas, live entertainment throughout the day including sing-a-longs with Sodor station sweepers, Rusty & Dusty, arts and crafts for the kids and much more.

There will also be a photo opportunity throughout the event, including with Thomas himself.

Thomas will first roll into town on Saturday June 11 and Sunday June 12 and then again on Saturday July 23 and Sunday July 24.

Tickets for an unforgettable experience at Day Out With Thomas are on sale now and will be available here.

Ticket prices are £16 for ages 2 and up (booking and transaction fees apply). Advanced tickets are recommended.
