Full Liverpool squad available for Bournemouth as Luis Diaz and up to four others ruled out

Liverpool are back in Premier League action today as they take on Bournemouth.

The Reds travel to the Vitality Stadium to face the Cherries as they look to claim another important three points in their pursuit of Champions League football next season. Jurgen Klopp’s side closed the gap on fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur to three points with an incredible 7-0 home win over Manchester United last time now.

And a fifth success in six Premier League games for Liverpool this afternoon would see them move above Tottenham with victory on the south coast given their superior goal difference. However, the Reds will be without several key players for the clash with relegation-threatened Bournemouth, who will be looking for revenge after they were hammered 9-0 at Anfield earlier in the campaign.

Luis Diaz, Thiago Alcantara, Joe Gomez and Calvin Ramsay all remain sidelined and are unavailable to play. Naby Keita has returned to training following a slight injury last month. However, he was not part of the matchday squad for the win over Man United.

Nat Phillips was absent from training on Thursday. It remains to be seen whether the centre-back will be involved in the travelling squad to Bournemouth.

Here is a look at Liverpool’s expected squad to be available to face Bournemouth, barring any late injury issues.

Goalkeepers: Adrian, Alisson, Caoimhin Kelleher.

Defenders: Andy Robertson, Joel Matip, Ibrahima Konate, Kostas Tsimikas, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Virgil van Dijk.

Midfielders: Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Arthur Melo, Curtis Jones, Fabinho, Fabio Carvalho, Harvey Elliott, James Milner, Jordan Henderson, Naby Keita, Stefan Bajcetic.

Forwards: Cody Gakpo, Darwin Nunez, Diogo Jota, Roberto Firmino, Mohamed Salah.
