Parents across Ireland are being warned over a list of toys and costumes that have been recalled due to the dangers they pose to children.
Included in the recall are the Smyths retailer, Amazon, and eBay with thousands of Irish consumers affected.
From exposure to chemicals to the dangers of choking and injury, here are all of the recalls published today and what to do if you’re affected.

Jumping Ball
Smyths Toys HQ UC has recalled one of its own brands, the Jumping Ball.
The product presents a chemical risk as the maximum permitted concentration of the plasticiser DIBP is significantly exceeded. DIBP may harm children’s health, as it may have effects toxic to reproduction.
The type/number of model is 124625. The bar code is 5390946046107 or 2400018526222. The batch numbers affected in the Republic of Ireland are 202009, 202109, 202110, 202112, 202204, 202205, 202207, 202209.
The batch number can be found underneath the hard plastic board, or on the packaging.
There are approximately 5,000 affected products in the Republic of Ireland.

The product presents a risk of choking because parts can detach at low force, producing a small part. The small part may be placed in the mouth and swallowed, causing a young child to choke.
