ITV has had a shake up for it's programme scheduling in the wake of the Queen's death.
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II died aged 96 on Thursday, September 8. Since then ITV and BBC have been making changes to their normal programming to make room for extensive coverage of the heartbreaking event.
Today, on Sunday September 11, some programmes will be moved to different times. Meanwhile, other shows will be taken off air completely.

Here is a full list of all the changes to come on ITV today.
ITV schedule changes for Sunday, September 11
- Good Morning Britain will be on air at 9.30am on Sunday - normally this programme only airs on weekdays.
- At 10.25am there will be another chance to see the documentary narrated by Mary Nightingale - Queen Elizabeth II. This will look at the life of the Queen with interviews with relatives and commentators.
- From 11.30am, there will be a special news programme called ITV News: The Nations Proclaim the King.
- At 1.30pm there will be a scheduled ITV News bulletin with a return to special continuous news coverage at 2pm, running through to 4.30pm.
- At 4.30pm, ITV will broadcast The Age of Elizabeth, narrated by Julie Etchingham. This one-hour film takes a look at some of the momentous events across the Queen’s reign.
- At 5.30pm a bulletin from ITV National News will be shown with local News at 6.25pm.
- Straight after, at 6.35pm there will be an episode of Emmerdale. The soap normally only airs on weekdays - this will be a missed episode from Thursday, September 8.
- ITV will then return to scheduled programming, with Gino’s Italy at 7.30pm, and Ridley at 8pm.
- At 10pm ITV News will return as normal.
There is set to be a number of changes over the coming days as Britain is still in a period of national mourning. ITV will cover key events such as King Charles III ascension and Queen Elizabeth III funeral.
No advertising will run during any of the Royal coverage. Commercial breaks have also stopped for the time being but will begin to appear in normal programming once more from Sunday evening.
