Chelsea will be looking to make it three wins on the bounce when they visit Leicester City on Saturday afternoon - a feat they haven’t managed since mid-October. Following a dreadful start to the year, the Blues may well have stopped the rot with a 1-0 win against Leeds United followed by progression to the Champions League quarter-finals against Borussia Dortmund.
However, Graham Potter has been hit with another batch of injury concerns ahead of his side’s trip to the King Power Stadium. Chief among those is Reece James, who the manager confirmed will miss out through illness.
James was also absent for last weekend’s Leeds clash with a tight hamstring, although did return for the Dortmund victory, and is now set to miss another Premier League game. The right-back could be joined by Raheem Sterling in receiving a watching brief.

After scoring a crucial goal at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday, Potter added: "Raheem [Sterling] has had a little feeling in his hamstring, tightness if anything, so he's looking doubtful." Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's chances of earning a spot back in the Chelsea team also took another hit, with the veteran forward suffering from a problem in his back.
Another player who won't be partaking in the match is Mason Mount, with the England international having been sidelined since the defeat to Tottenham with a lower abdomen problem. Meanwhile, N'Golo Kante will also miss out on facing his former side, as Potter revealed: "We're aiming maybe for Everton but not tomorrow."
They join long-term absentees Armando Broja and Thiago Silva, courtesy of respective knee injuries, and Edouard Mendy, who is “making progress” in his recovery and could be back sooner following an operation on a fractured finger. However, Cesar Azpilicueta could have recovered from concussion in time to face Leicester after leaving the pitch on a stretcher in the loss to Southampton.
With that said, here is the full list of players Potter can choose his matchday squad from.
Goalkeepers: Kepa Arrizabalaga, Marcus Bettinelli, Lucas Bergstrom.
