The Reds recovered well from a dismal week of results ahead of the March international break which saw them knocked out of the Champions League by Paris Saint-Germain and pipped to the League Cup title by Newcastle. They returned to action with a hard-fought 1-0 win in the Merseyside derby on Wednesday, Diogo Jota’s second-half goal ensuring all three points.
Fulham have won just one of their last four games, losing in the league to Brighton and Arsenal before being tidily knocked out of the FA Cup by Crystal Palace.
But, sitting ninth, they are just six points off fifth-placed Manchester City and European qualification is not out of the question.

Fulham vs Liverpool prediction
The machine that is Slot’s Liverpool has been jammed on very few occasions this season. Losses to PSG and Newcastle in March were both shocks, and having beaten Everton in the week, there will be a good feeling in the camp.
Silva has built Fulham into a solid mid-table outfit since signing in 2021, and the west Londoners certainly will not go down without a fight. For Fulham to win, though, would be something of a shock, particularly given their sub-standard record against Liverpool.
