Fulham have made a fresh bid for Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay, with the player currently weighing his options regarding his future. The bid, reported to be £20 million ($25.5m), comes amidst interest from other clubs such as Everton, Galatasaray, and Fenerbahce.
Galatasaray had previously been quoted a fee exceeding £30 million ($38.3m) for the Scottish international earlier in the summer transfer window. Despite being assured of a place in Erik ten Hag's squad for the upcoming season, McTominay, aged 27, is contemplating a potential move in search of more consistent playing time, having often been utilized as a substitute under Ten Hag despite scoring 10 goals last season.
Manchester United are looking to offload players to generate funds for further transfer activities. Recent acquisitions include Leny Yoro from Lille and Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna. The club is still in pursuit of a center-back, a full-back, and a central midfielder to bolster their squad.
Defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka is reportedly edging closer to a transfer to West Ham, although both clubs are yet to agree on a valuation. United is seeking a fee between £15 million ($19.1m) and £20 million ($25.5m) for Wan-Bissaka, who is open to the prospect of moving to London Stadium.
Meanwhile, United are open to offers for Victor Lindelöf, although uncertainties loom over his future following an injury setback to Yoro. The 18-year-old French player sustained a broken foot, ruling him out for three months after his recent high-profile move from Lille to Manchester United for £52 million ($66.4m).
Fenerbahce, managed by former United boss Jose Mourinho, is among the clubs expressing interest in Lindelöf, adding an intriguing dimension to the ongoing transfer saga surrounding the Swedish defender.
