Fulham growing in confidence over £10m deal for Arsenal goalkeeper Bernd Leno

Fulham are growing in confidence that they can wrap up a £10million deal for Arsenal goalkeeper Bernd Leno.

Marco Silva wants to add a new keeper to his squad this summer and Fulham have settled on Leno as their preferred target.

Talks are advancing well over a deal and there is a growing belief that Leno will move to west London for a fee of around £10m.

Fulham are ready to give the German a three-year contract and he will be their No1 for the upcoming season.

Arsenal are ready to cash in on Leno as the shot-stopper has just one year left on his current contract.

The club have already signed American goalkeeper Matt Turner and he will provide competition to Aaron Ramsdale for the new season.

Fulham will be able to offer Leno first-team football and the opportunity to regain his place in the Germany squad ahead of this year’s World Cup.
