Family and friends of the late Love Island host Caroline Flack have decided to create a festival in her honour.
'Flackstock' will be held on July 25 and will showcase various comedy, dance and music acts, with funds from the event being raised for mental health charities.
Natalie Imbruglia, Louise Redknapp and Fleur East are among the first acts to be announced for the event, which will be held in the grounds of Englefield House in Berkshire, writes The Mirror.
Comedians Joel Dommett, Keith Lemon and Noel Fielding are also set to feature at the festival as well as Paddy McGuinness, Dermot O'Leary and Professor Green, with organisers saying that many more acts will be announced in the near future.
The committee behind the event include Caroline’s mother Christine and sister Jody, her friends Natalie Pinkham, Dawn O’Porter, Anna Blue, Sarah Tyekiff, Leigh and Jill Francis.
Caroline’s mother Christine said of Flackstock: "My Caroline was never more herself or happier than at a music festival with her sister and her friends.
"Flackstock is the wonderful idea of those who knew her best and the perfect way to remember her singing, dancing and most of all laughing. Not only is Flackstock the most positive way to honour Carrie, but charities that she loved will benefit from the proceeds.
“My family are so proud that so many people who knew Carrie loved her so very much.”
Money raised from Flackstock will be split equally between the charities Choose Love, Mind, Samaritans and Charlie Waller Trust.

Caroline was just 40 years old when tragically, she took her own life on February 15, 2020.
Just days after Caroline’s death, Keith, who was a close friend of the Love Island host, suggested a festival should be held to honour Caroline’s memory.
He told Mirror Online that he wanted to bring together music, wellness events and mental health initiatives after a “be kind” event was pitched to him on social media.
Now, it appears he has gotten his wish.
