Spanish outfit Cadiz have reportedly joined the chase for Celtic star Giorgos Giakoumakis.
The Hoops striker looks set to depart the Scottish champions this month with interest from Urawa Red Diamonds in the J-League and MLS outfit Atlanta United. The hitman was missing from the big win over St Mirren last night with Ange Postecoglou revealing it was down to injury and nothing to do with transfer speculation.
However, reports in Spain claim 'firm negotiations' over a move to La Liga are in the process but the relegation threatened side face competition for his services. He joined Celtic 18 months ago from VVV-Venlo in the Netherlands for around £2.5million and has went on to score 26 goals in 57 appearances including nine this campaign to date.

The Greek international has had to mainly play second fiddle to Kyogo Furuhashi with the Japan attacker the preferred option up top for the Hoops.
Speaking ahead of Celtic's 4-0 win over St Mirren, Postecoglou said: "The game took a fair bit out of us at the weekend. Cameron [Carter-Vickers] and [Giorgos] Giakoumakis weren't available tonight both pulled up a bit sore. I wanted to freshen things up.
"Neither are serious we expect them at the weekend or the following weekend against Dundee United. He's [Giakoumakis] not playing tonight because he was injured. If he wasn't injured, he would be playing."
Celtic have already brought in three new faces this window in the shape of Alistair Johnston, Yuki Kobayashi and Tomoki Iwata.
Postecoglou hopes to add one further face this month while outgoings could yet happen with Josip Juranovic another name as well as Giakoumakis linked with a transfer away.
