French singer-songwriter Ben l'Oncle Soul shot to fame over a decade ago, quickly becoming a favourite figure in the French music scene with his trademark soul-pop sound. Thirteen years after his bombastic debut, he's just released his sixth album "Is It You?", which is perhaps his most personal yet. He tells FRANCE 24's Florence Villeminot about recording the LP with his live band and exploring spirituality on some of the tracks.
