The freed Americans on the flight have been traveling for over 13 hours today, with more than nine hours spent on this flight alone, in addition to the nearly four-hour flight from Moscow to Ankara. The plane is expected to land at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland after 11:30 p.m. local time.
Confirmation that this was the aircraft carrying the Americans came when Evan Gershkovich was seen boarding it in Ankara, Turkey.
