This Christmas a holiday let marketplace is offering a free night’s stay anywhere in the UK to anyone with the name John McClane, Holly Gennaro McClane, or Hans Gruber in honour of the most action-packed Christmas film. McClanes, Gennaros and Grubers will get the full Die Hard experience, with a fully paid for limo ride to and from their chosen venue (Argyle not included), a Die Hard themed hamper, and a copy of the film to enjoy during their stay.
Online bookings site Snaptrip will give access to any available location across Snaptrip in England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland. Members of the public who have the name or know someone with the name can apply here: https://www.snaptrip.com/free-nights-stay
Just like the movie when John McClane is driven to the Nakatomi Plaza in a limo, Yippee-ki-yay Holidaymakers can also be driven from their home to their chosen location in a limo to start the Christmas getaway in style
Applicants for the Yippee-ki-yay Holidaymaker offer will need legal proof of their names, such as a driver's licence or passport, and must be over 18 years of age on the date of applying. No prior experience of thwarting international plots required.
Upon arrival, John, Hans, or Holly will be greeted with a Die Hard themed hamper including a copy of the 1988 classic, hot chocolate kits complete with whipped cream and marshmallows, popcorn, and other Christmas goodies to help them get into the festive spirit.
Snaptrip is a trusted marketplace for travellers to discover the largest collection of cottage, apartment and lodge holiday deals in the UK, Ireland and other European destinations. Matt Fox, CEO and co-founder of Snaptrip, said: “Yippee-ki-yay holidaymakers! With last Christmas still under Covid restrictions, this year at Snaptrip we wanted to have a little fun and what better way to do that than give a free night away to namesakes from the most controversial of Christmas movies - Die Hard.
“Whatever side of the debate you find yourself on, if your name is John McClane, Holly Gennaro McClane or even Hans Gruber we can find you a free stay anywhere in the UK. Perhaps you and your family can go out to the coast, get together, and have a few laughs…international terrorist plot not included!”
