First Dates star Fred Sirieix has tied the knot with his long-time partner in Jamaica.
The 53-year-old French maître d'hôtel and his bride, whom he lovingly calls "fruitcake" on social media, exchanged vows on Tuesday at Pattoo Castle in Negril after postponing their nupitals due to the pandemic.
The I’m A Celeb star, who met his wife a decade ago, often shares sweet moments from their holidays and romantic dates.
And now the couple has shared photos from their big day, with Sirieix posting one of them on Instagram, writing "18.02.2025" alongside a picture of them post-ceremony.
In the snap, the TV star wore a white tuxedo jacket while Fruitcake looked stunning in an embellished white dress and veil.
“Best day of my life!!!!!!” Fruitcake replied in the comments as several celebrities shared their congratulatory messages.
First Dates star Cici Coleman wrote under the post: “Congratulations, you gorgeous couple.”
“Huge congratulations my friend,” athlete and former Strictly Come Dancing star Greg Rutherford penned.
Marvin Humes, who starred in 2023’s IAC with Sirieix, also commented: “Congratulations guys! All the very best and sending lots of love.”
Following their joyous news, the ITV star shared a video of the couple relaxing on the beach the day after their wedding, enjoying the Jamaican sun.
He shared in the video: “It’s sunset here at 6pm, I’m here with Fruitcake. We got married yesterday.”
“Finally, we did it!” she added, showing off her stunning ring. “Thank you for the lovely, lovely comments.”
The newlyweds romance began nine years ago after a chance meeting in Peckham sparked an instant connection. They got engaged in March 2020, with the presenter tweeting, “#fruitcake said yes,” alongside heart and ring emojis.
The couple initially planned to wed in 2021 but postponed due to the pandemic.
On I’m A Celebrity, Fred revealed they aimed to tie the knot in Jamaica in 2024.
He told his campmates: “The way I met Fruitcake, I met her in Peckham… I was walking up and she was smiling at me and I was smiling at her and I liked her eyes.
“I just had to talk to her. I asked for her number, I said, ‘Shall we go for a drink tonight?’
“That was 9 years ago. We’re getting married next year in Jamaica.”
