Fred out, Van de Beek in - Manchester United fans name three line-up changes they want to see vs Liverpool

A lot of talk among Manchester United fans has been about who Erik ten Hag will keep in, and drop from, his line-up that takes on Liverpool.

United were 4-0 down at half-time against Brentford last Saturday and changes to the team are expected, most notably at centre-back, where Harry Maguire could be axed. Ten Hag dipped into the transfer market this week, with Casemiro agreeing to join United from Real Madrid.

However, he will not feature against a winless Liverpool who are without the suspended Darwin Nunez after last week’s red card against Crystal Palace. In a 4-3-3 formation, fans have done away with Fred, instead handing Donny van de Beek his first start of the season alongside Bruno Fernandes and Christian Eriksen in a very attack-minded midfield which we can safely say Ten Hag won't go with tonight.

Despite his desire to leave, the unsettled Cristiano Ronaldo is given the nod as the main striker with Anthony Martial still working his way back up to full fitness. Ronaldo is flanked by Jadon Sancho, who was quiet against Brentford, and the seemingly confidence-stricken Marcus Rashford.
