
The developer co-founded by Betfred's Fred Done has reported a solid set of results for its latest financial year.
Salboy, which is headquartered in Cheshire, has posted a turnover of £30.2m for the 12 months to March 31, 2022, compared to the £31.5m it reported for the prior year.
Its pre-tax profits also remained stable to £3.2m, according to newly-filed accounts with Companies House.

Salboy recently hit the headlines when it bought the former Boddingtons Brewery site in Manchester ahead of a £195m project.

In June 2022, it entered into a partnership with Gary Neville's Relentless Group to build a 40-storey tower at its St Michael's scheme in Manchester city centre. Work is expected to start on site this month.
A statement signed off by the board said: "Over the financial year the group has continued to grow.
"The developments have progressed throughout the year although due to the pandemic some delays have occurred but have not significantly affected any developments.
"The directors consider the development and performance of the group during the year ended 31 March 2022 to be in line with expectations."
On its future, it added: "The group will continue to supply loan finance to property development businesses, seeking new opportunities to expand its borrowings through new and existing partners."
