Frankie Bridge has shared her medical drama after doctors found egg shell embedded in her ear canal, months after she took part in I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!
The singer, 33, appeared on the latest series of the ITV reality show, which was held for a second time at Gwrych Castle in North Wales, with her even making it to the final.
The Loose Women panelist described the experience as a "crazy ride" after leaving the castle in December last year, with her having further discussed the show recently.
The Saturdays member was asked about her time on the show during a Q&A on Instagram earlier this week, in which her 1.5 million followers were invited to ask questions.
A fan asked the mother-of-two whether she enjoyed her experience in the castle, with Frankie responding to the question by sharing details of an unusual incident.
She stated that she missed her husband Wayne Bridge, 41, and the couple's two children, but subsequently added: "It was actually really nice being cut off from the world."
However, she then touched on the downside to take part in the gruelling castle challenges as she revealed she underwent a procedure earlier this month as a result of having ended up with something in her ear.
She said: "I actually had what we think was a bit of egg shell [sucked] out of my ear last week that had embedded itself in my ear canal. I see it as a badge of honour."
It was during the recent Q&A that Frankie revealed that she doesn't really sing anymore, despite having been a member of the Saturdays and S Club Juniors previously.
Her admission came after a fan had asked whether she sings around the house that she shares with husband Wayne and their children Parker, eight, and Carter, six.

She responded: "I actually hardly ever sing. I have a bit of a complex about it. I slowly lost the joy of it over the years." She said that she has instead found new interests.
Frankie explained that she had been "more into the performance" element of her career, rather than singing itself - with her stating that it's "lovely doing other things."
It's expected that I'm a Celebrity will return to the jungle in Australia for its next series later this year, having spent two years in Wales as a result of the global Covid-19 pandemic.
An ITV executive confirmed the plans earlier this month, which means Giovanna Fletcher and Danny Miller may be the only Queen and King of the Castle on the show ever.
