Frank Warren has won the right to promote Tyson Fury's defence of his heavyweight world title against Dillian Whyte.
Warrem submitted a winning bid of £31million which was enough to edge out Eddie Hearn who bid £24m.
Fury will earn £25m while Whyte will take home £6m as per the 80/20 split ordered by the WBC earlier this month.
That ruling remains subject to an appeal by Whyte who is engaged in legal action with the sanctioning body.
The fight must be held no later than April 29 with the Principality Stadium in Cardiff most likely to play host.
Warren will broadcast the bout on BT Sport Box Office in the UK while ESPN will show the fight in America.

A statement from Fury's US promoter Top Rank read: "Queensberry and Top Rank are delighted that WBC and lineal world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury will defend his titles against Dillian Whyte following today's purse bids.
"A venue and date for the fight will be announced in due course."
The bid, which were held at the WBC headquarters in Mexico City on Friday, had been postponed three times as Fury attempted to thrash out a deal that would see him fight Oleksandr Usyk instead.
That would have required Anthony Joshua to step aside from his rematch with Usyk which was due to he held in April.
Joshua appeared amenable to doing so as long as he was paid £15m and guaranteed a shot at the winner of the undisputed fight between Fury and Usyk.

Whyte was also willing to step aside from his meeting with Fury for a fee of £5m.
But that deal was blown up this week with Hearn accusing Fury of rejecting a fight with Usyk unless he first had a 'warm-up fight' in March.
Fury, on the other hand, mocked Joshua and Hearn in a series of bizarre social media posts, claiming they had rejected a step-aside offer.
Fury's dad John later confirmed his son had walked away from a fight with Usyk - but purely to spite Hearn and Joshua.
Joshua will now attempt to win back his belts from Usyk at either Wembley or the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in May.
