One of the perks of the Detroit Lions being on HBO’s Hard Knocks is that we will learn more about the players under the uniforms. Sometimes that information we learn will make folks look at a Lions player in a different light.
Take Frank Ragnow. We all knew he is a Pro Bowl center and avid outdoorsman. Thanks to a show trailer posted on Instagram by HBO, we also now know Ragnow likes his eatin’ good in the neighborhood.

Yep. Ragnow is a big fan of the Applebee’s restaurant chain.
“Applebee’s is a top five restaurant in the world,” Ragnow says sincerely to a teammate. He then lists off the reasons why he loves the chain so much.
It’s almost like an impromptu commercial for Applebee’s. Perhaps Ragnow is angling for an endorsement deal…
