Dominic Calvert-Lewin's World Cup hopes have taken a further knock after the striker suffered a hamstring injury in the defeat to Leicester City.
The 25-year-old limped down the tunnel after being replaced in the second half at Goodsion Park. Frank Lampard said he was unsure what the injury meant for his World Cup hopes but confirmed he would undergo a scan on Monday.
Lampard added Amadou Onana and Idrissa Gana Gueye would also have scans as Everton sweat on the fitness of the two midfielders ahead of the final games before the season breaks for the World Cup next weekend.

Calvert-Lewin was replaced by Neal Maupay midway through the second half after receiving treatment on the pitch. The hamstring concern comes just weeks after his return from what Lampard described as a "freak" knee injury that ruled him out of the opening months of the season.
Asked about the injury situation following the defeat, Lampard said: "Gana's is a sensation at the top of his quad so he will have a scan on Monday. Dominic's is a hamstring scan on Monday and Onana's is his ankle, he will have a scan on Monday."
When questioned whether the issues would have an impact on their World Cup hopes - with Calvert-Lewin hoping to force his way into the England team, Gueye a regular for Senegal and Onana having broken into the Belgium side recently, Lampard added: "They feel like they are the lighter end of muscular injuries.
"Because Gana did his halfway through the first half, he was playing well to be fair and then came off at half-time, so he continued, so that is a sign hopefully that it is not a big one for him. With Dominic, I don't know, I don't want to jump that one because I don't know enough about it but he felt something in his hamstring.
"And then with Amadou no, because I think it was just more of a sprained ankle which he actually had in training yesterday. He got a couple of knocks that he suffered in the game and had to come off for it.
