The Foreign Office has issued a warning to everyone travelling to France from the UK.
On Tuesday, April 4, the government department changed its official guidance for those with plans to visit the European nation, ahead of the Easter weekend.
All passengers are being urged to check with their operators before travelling, and to make sure they are "fully prepared" for the trip.

This new advice comes as delays are expected over the Easter weekend. Fresh Government advice reads: "There is a possibility of delays over the Easter bank holiday weekend as high levels of cross-channel traffic on all routes are expected.
"Check for latest information with your travel operator, including their advice on how early you should arrive at the terminal. Where possible, you should make sure you have a confirmed booking before you travel and ensure you are fully prepared for your trip with enough food and water."
Travellers are also being reminded of ongoing industrial action and demonstrations in France. Since mid-March, the Foreign Office said, there have been "spontaneous protests" in central Paris and other parts of the country.
The action comes in response to Emmanuel Macon's plans to reform the French pension system. Under the changes, the minimum general retirement age will increase from 62 to 64.
Gov.uk advice suggests people visiting France at the moment should "monitor the media, check the latest advice with operators before travelling, avoid demonstrations and follow the advice of local authorities."
