Abdul Rehman (FPL Salah) has hooked-up with SportsCasting to provide you with another round of Fantasy Football tips for Gameweek 15 and beyond.
Every week FPL Salah will be providing you with insight and advice to gear you up for the busy Christmas period – continuing with his Fantasy Premier League tips for Gameweek 15.
This is his 18th season playing FPL, and he’s finished in the top 1,000 four times, with 14 finishes in the top 50,000. He also writes weekly Fantasy Football tips articles for The Athletic and Fantasy Football Hub.
This week, the Fantasy Premier League tips from FPL Salah see him presenting three players who are good to buy and three to sell for the upcoming fixtures.
Fantasy Football Tips for Gameweek 15: Players To Buy
I would be looking at Liverpool defenders for their upcoming run of fixtures.
Trent Alexander-Arnold (£6.9m) would be my first choice.
It looks as if he has had his rest against Newcastle United and the right-back showed us what he was capable of with two assists off the bench.
Liverpool have the best defence in the league, conceding the least goals (11) and also boasting the best xGC (expected goals conceded; 11.4).
They play Everton (A), Fulham (H), Spurs (A), Leicester (H), West Ham (A) and Manchester United (H) in the next six.
This is a great time to buy him at his lowest price of the season and his ownership is now down to only 19 percent.
Fall On The Side Of Timber
Jurian Timber (£5.5m) is looking great value at his price. Arsenal are one of the best defences in the league and also have good fixtures coming up.
With Ben White (£6.1m) out for a while he will get a prolonged run in the team. The Dutchman has plenty of attacking threat too, already registering one goal and an assist. Arsenal’s upcoming fixtures read – Fulham (A), Everton (H), Crystal Palace (A), Ipswich (H), Brentford (A) and Brighton (A) up next.
Evanlison (£6.0m) has been in fine form this season and has also been going fairly under the radar.
He is only 3 percent owned at the of writing so is a huge differential.
The Brazilian has an impressive four goals and four assists and is the first choice centre forward for Bournemouth.
The Cherries have been good in attack and are enjoying a decent season.
They have some great matches coming up from an attacking point of view.
They play Spurs (H), Ipswich (A), West Ham (H), Man United (A), Palace (H), Fulham (A) and Everton (H). I can see him racking up a fair few goals during this period.
Fantasy Football Tips for Gameweek 15: Players to Sell
If you still own Erling Haaland (£15.0m) then I think it’s time to sell him especially if you do not own
Mohamed Salah (£13.2m).
Haaland will no doubt come good again, but he is just simply too expensive and the money saved even by switching to Salah can really bolster your squad.
Also Salah is on the form of his life and has plum fixtures coming up.
If you still own Kai Havertz (£7.9m) I think its time to move him on also.
He just isn’t providing value for this price and there are so many good value forwards this season much cheaper than him. The likes of Joao Pedro (£5.8m), Matheus Cunha (£7.1m) and Evanlison to name only a few.
He also takes up a valuable Arsenal spot and I think owning Bukayo Saka (£10.4m) and two Arsenal defenders is most optimal.
Porro No Value For Money
Pedro Porro (£5.6m) is another player who just isn’t providing value for money.
Spurs have only kept three clean sheets this season and although he has immense attacking threat I just don’t think he is worth the money especially with the upcoming games for Spurs.
Ange Postecoglou’s team play Chelsea (H), Southampton (A), Liverpool (H) and Forest (A) next.
I would be looking to sell the Spaniard to a Liverpool or Arsenal defender. Also with James Maddison (£7.6m) back as a regular starter he will take some set-pieces away from Porro.
