FPL Salah’s Fantasy Football Tips For Gameweek 13: Three ‘Must Buy’ Players
Fantasy Football Tips
Matheus Cunha (£6.9m) – Wolves
Fixture: Bournemouth (H)
Matheus Cunha is in the form of his life right now. He has three goals and two assists in his last two and seven goals and three assists over the season.
The Brazilian is now the second highest scoring forward in the game, just 14 points behind Erling Haaland.
Wolves have some really good fixtures coming up. They play Bournemouth (H), Everton (a), West Ham (a), Ipswich (H) and Leicester City (a) in the next five.
These are very winnable games for Gary O’Neil’s side and they should score a fair few over this run.
Despite Wolves’ league position, they have actually been good in the final third scoring 20 goals (sixth most) and Cunha has either had a goal or assist in 10 of them.
He is by far their best player and their clear talisman. He can score and assist and is likely to be the first choice penalty taker too.
Judging by what he offers, his price is an absolute bargain despite rising by £0.4m since the start of the season.
Fantasy Football Tips
Joao Pedro (£5.6m) – Brighton
Fixture: Southampton (H)
Joao Pedro has been eased in, in the last couple of matches after returning from injury, but that hasn’t stopped him from raking in the points.
In the last two games he has two goals and two assists and at his budget price, he looks almost essential.
Brighton have really impressed under their new manager, Fabian Hurzeler. They have scored 21 goals (fifth most) and they currently sit 5th, just one point off second placed Manchester City.
They are a dynamic attacking side who will score plenty of goals. In the next six games they play Southampton (H), Fulham (a), Leicester (a), Crystal Palace (H), West Ham (a) and Brentford (H). They couldn’t ask for a better run of games from an attacking perspective.
Pedro is nailed to start when fit and his sides first choice penalty taker too.
Taking into consideration his price and fixtures coming up he would be at the top of my shopping list if I was looking for a forward.
Fantasy Football Tips
Bukayo Saka (£10.2m) – Arsenal
Fixture: West Ham (A)
The England international now has four goals and eight assists and has a great run of fixtures on the horizon.
With Martin Odegaard back, Arsenal are clearly a much more potent attack and this is great news for Saka’s prospects.
Mikel Arteta and his side come up against West Ham (a), Manchester United (H), Fulham (a), Everton (H), Crystal Palace (a), Ipswich (H) and Brentford (a) and with a fully firing attack they should score plenty of goals during this run.
Saka has a Goal Involvement (goal or assist) of 57% which is the third highest in the whole league and he will no doubt contribute to the majority of his teams goals come the end of the season also.
Saka is the type of reliable player we need in FPL. He has so many avenues to points with him being nailed to start, on set-pieces and penalties.
At the moment his ownership is only at around 24% which is really low seeing as he is one of the best assets in the game.
Therefore if you pick him up now he can actually be a great differential.
