Fantasy football expert Pingreen is back with his Gameweek 20 FPL tips, which include his top captain pick – plus main defender, midfielder and forward options.

Pingreen FPL Tips: Gameweek 20
Captain Pick – Mohamed Salah – £13.6m – MUN (H)
Some people have accused me of picking Mohamed Salah as my captain pick too much. I think that’s unfair; this is the first time I’ve picked him this year.
The Egyptian now has 30 goal contributions in just 18 games this campaign. That’s the quickest a player has ever reached that milestone, topping Luis Suarez, who did it in 19 games in 2013/14.
We might be witnessing the most in-form player the league has ever seen. This weekend he faces a Manchester United side that has lost its last four games, conceding 14 goals along the way.
Salah absolutely loves facing the Red Devils, with 14 goals in 12 appearances against them – more than any other player in Premier League history.
Defender – Ola Aina – £5.2m – WOL (H)
Liverpool and Arsenal are widely respected as the best defensive sides in the league – but perhaps not enough is being said about the defensive strength of the team that sits just behind them in the table – Nottingham Forest.
Where the two sides mentioned at the top of the table have conceded a league-best of just 17 goals this season, Forest follows closely behind with only 19 goals conceded.
So why aren’t we looking at their defenders as much? I believe we should be. My pick of their defenders would be Ola Aina.
None of the team’s defenders offer outstanding attacking threat, hence why they may be overlooked – but the right-back has managed to pop up with two goals this season.
He will be facing a Wolves side this weekend without their key attacking threat in Cunha, who is suspended for two games after stealing someone’s glasses.
Midfielder – Gordon – £7.4m – TOT (A)
Archie Gray and Drăgușin. No, these aren’t players I’m recommending; this is a center-back partnership anyone should look to target.
This week it’s Newcastle’s turn to face the wretched Spurs defence. I’ve already preached for Isak time and time again, but with Newcastle looking in hot form, is it time to double up on their attack? I believe so, and Anthony Gordon is the man to complete that double-up.
He’s currently averaging 0.51 xGI per 90, which beats out similarly priced midfielders like Jarrod Bowen and Eberechi Eze.
He’s also registered eight goal contributions this campaign – and with Wolves and Southampton still to face this month, now seems the perfect time to add the winger to your side.
Striker – Ollie Watkins – £8.8m – LEI (H)
Ollie Watkins looked to be out of favour with Unai Emery in December, regularly pushed to the bench in place of Jhon Duran.
But with the latter picking up a red card in Gameweek 18 against Newcastle, and Watkins coming in to replace him with a goal and assist in Gameweek 19 – have we got our favourite fantasy striker back?
Duran will continue to miss out through suspension this weekend, and Villa have a peach of a fixture at home to Leicester City.
The Foxes have conceded a league-high 40 goals this season and don’t look to be getting any better defensively under new manager Ruud Van Nistelrooy. Despite the benching’s, Watkins still has eight goals and four assists on the season, and a very impressive 0.72 xGI per 90.
I’m backing him to add to that goal tally on Saturday and heap more misery on a Leicester side that look destined for relegation.
