Liverpool duo Mohamed Salah (£13.4m) and Virgil van Dijk (£6.5m) have risen, alongside in-form Newcastle attacker Alexander Isak (£8.7m), Levi Colwill (£4.6m), Chris Wood (£6.6m) and Milos Kerkez (£4.7m).
