A fourth man accused of involvement in an Australia Day road rage shooting that left a Gold Coast father dead more than 13 years ago has had his case mentioned in court.
Paul Younan did not appear when his matter was adjourned in Brisbane Magistrates Court on Friday.
The 37-year-old is charged over the death of father-of-two Omega Ruston at Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast on January 26, 2009.
It comes after his co-accused Tony Elbayeh, 39, and Hysam Hamdan, 43, had their matters mentioned in court on Thursday.
Elbayeh, Hamdan and Younan were extradited from NSW to Queensland to face the charges after being arrested in Sydney.
Younan is charged with murder and 27 counts of perjury, while Elbayeh is charged with murder with an alternative of accessory after the fact, corruption of a witness and 30 counts of perjury.
Hamdan, arrested while allegedly attempting to board a flight to Dubai carrying $25,000 cash, faces a murder charge with an alternative of accessory to murder.
Former bikie enforcer Brent Luke Simpson, 45, faced court earlier this week charged being an accessory, attempting to corrupt a witness and 18 counts of perjury.
Simpson allegedly "provided immediate assistance to the offenders after the murder had been committed".
Elbayeh, Hamdan and Younan are remanded in custody with their cases due to be mentioned in the same court on February 28.
Simpson is expected to apply for bail on February 17.
