Four people were rushed to hospital after a fire broke out in a bedroom.
Merseyside Fire and Rescue service were called to Larkhill Lane in Clubmoor in the early hours of Friday, February 24. Fire crews were alerted at 12.24am and on scene at 12.29am. Two fire engines attended.
An eyewitness said two ambulances and a rapid response vehicle also attended the scene. On arrival crews found there had been a fire in the back bedroom of a two-storey house.

Firefighters put out the blaze at 12.42am and used fans to ventilate the house. Four people were assessed at the scene and taken to hospital by North West Ambulance Service for further treatment.
A spokesperson for Merseyside Fire and Rescue said: "Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service was called to Larkhill Lane, Liverpool, in the early hours of Frida, February 24.
"Crews were alerted at 12.24am and on scene at 12.29am. Two fire engines attended. On arrival crews found there had been a fire in the rear bedroom of a two storey terraced property.
"The fire had been extinguished by 12.42am. Crews used fans to ventilate the property. Four people were assessed at the scene and taken to hospital by North West Ambulance Service for further treatment.
"MFRS left the scene at 1.40am."
