Newcastle United supporters today discovered which of their opening fixtures will be shown on Sky Sports and BT Sport as the Premier League announced TV changes for August and September games.
Four of the Magpies' opening seven ties will be broadcast on TV after Tuesday's announcement. The away clash Manchester City will now take place on Sunday, August 21 at 4.30pm, while the following game with Wolves has been moved to 2pm on Sunday, August 28. Both fixtures will be shown on Sky Sports.
The St James' Park clash with Liverpool has been shifted to 8pm on Wednesday, August 31 and will be shown on BT Sport. The trip to West Ham will now be played on Sunday, September 11 at 4pm and is available to watch on Sky Sports.

The clashes with Brighton, Crystal Palace and Bournemouth have not been selected for television. Newcastle also take on Nottingham Forest in their opening game of the season but the fixture will take place at 3pm on Saturday, August 6 at St James' Park and will not be shown on TV. The October TV fixtures will be announced later this month.

- September 13 - for matches in November
- October 11 - for matches in December and January
- December 6 - for matches in February
- January 25 - for matches in March
- March 23 - for Matchday 35
- March 30 - for Matchday 36
- April 7 - for Matchday 37
