Four New Zealand players who stood out against Leeds Rhinos

New Zealand showed their class as they annihilated Leeds Rhinos, winning 74-0. It was a dominant display from Michael Maguire's side, who warmed up for the World Cup opener in style with a 14-try rout. Here, Rugby League Live takes a look at some of the Kiwis who stood out at Headingley.

Nelson Asofa-Solomona

Where on earth did this guy come from? Deary me. A behemoth. He absolutely destroyed the Rhinos in his first stint with his carries. They couldn't stop him, couldn't put him down. They were well and truly powerless. He is going to cause some serious damage during the tournament if this is anything to go by. Some player.

Charnze Nicoll-Kolkstad

Mesmerising display by the Canberra Raiders ace who produced some dazzling moments of magic on the evening. His footwork for his first-half solo try was something else and he was always ready to be on the end of various breaks during the game. It was a stunning performance that reiterated to anyone who didn't know him over here just how good he is.

Sebastian Kris

The centre grabbed the headlines with a hat-trick on debut but this was a performance much more than just tries. Kris, also of the Raiders, carried the ball in such a way that he was a threat all over the field, regardless of whether in good ball or bad. Keep an eye on him during the tournament.

Jesse Bromwich

No surprise again here to see the Melbourne ace here but he was, again, outstanding. The 33-year-old will join the Dolphins next year and on this evidence will be some pick-up for them moving forward. His carries got New Zealand on the front foot and his defensive intent was on show throughout his time on the field.
