Four Manchester United players are unhappy with their lack of involvement under Ralf Rangnick as yet another storm brews at Old Trafford, according to reports.
The mood in the Red Devils dressing room is bleak after they suffered their seventh Premier League defeat of the season on Sunday, a chastening 4-1 loss at Manchester City.
Captain Harry Maguire confessed he and his teammates are "devastated" while club legends Gary Neville and Roy Keane have led the inquest into the derby disaster.
Adding to Rangnick's woes, he is facing yet more backlash from his own squad having already had his coaching methods and staff derided.
The German has alienated a quartet of fringe players with his team selections, leading to a recurrence of the resentment which was commonplace under his predecessor, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

That is according to the Manchester Evening News, which claims Dean Henderson, Diogo Dalot, Eric Bailly and Marcus Rashford are dissatisfied with their roles under Rangnick.
Goalkeeper Henderson, 24, has only made three appearances this season - none of which have come in the Premier League - and he is said to be willing to leave United this summer.
The Englishman is desperate to travel to the World Cup in Qatar later this year but knows he will need regular game time to force his way into Gareth Southgate's squad.
Henderson's frustrations are shared by Bailly, 27, who is far down the centre-back pecking order and is also weighing up his future having made just seven appearances this season.
The Ivorian's defensive colleague Dalot, 22, has also found minutes hard to come by in recent weeks despite his extended spell in the team following Rangnick's appointment in late November.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka, 24, has reclaimed the right-back berth and Rangnick even used Victor Lindelof instead of Dalot for the first leg of the Champions League tie against Atletico Madrid.
Elsewhere, Rashford, 24, is less than content after starting the last four Premier League games on the bench, although he is determined to win back his place.
The report adds this disharmony behind the scenes has led to bitterness towards certain players who are featuring much more regularly under Rangnick. In one case, this is believed to have led to one member of the squad being labelled a 'teacher's pet'.
Certain United stars also harbour concerns over Rangnick's suitability for the interim manager role given his relatively modest CV as a boss.
The 63-year-old has only won one major honour - the 2011 DFB-Pokal from his time with Schalke - and he had been working for Lokomotiv Moscow in an executive role before arriving at Old Trafford.
