It is officially back in our lives. Derry Girls will soon be returning to our screens.
After three years of waiting, Channel 4 confirmed the sitcom will return for its third and final season. It will air on Tuesday, April 12.
After multiple false starts, filming officially wrapped up in December. Here at BelfastLive we've decided that we'd take a closer look at some of the locations where the show was filmed last year.

St Columb's Hall
Cast and crew were spotted in fancy dress outside St Columb's Hall on Derry's Newmarket Street. Over the generations, this amazing space was the stage for world-class cinema, music and contemporary art.
The spirit of Derry is strong within this Grade-A listed building. It's understood that this scene will be connected with Derry's famous connection with the Halloween celebrations.
St Augustines Church
Members of the crew, including Erin, Michelle, Claire, Orla and James could be spotted filming scenes at St Augustine's Church last year. From the picture, stars could be seen rehearsing for a funeral scene.
Magazine Street
The cast and crew were spotted filming Halloween-themed scenes on Derry's Magazine Street last autumn. The four girls and the wee English fella can be seen dressed up as Angels during a Halloween parade.
It's well known that Derry holds one of the biggest and best Halloween celebrations across Europe, so it's unsurprising to see the new series tap into the city's connection with the holiday.
Derry Walls
Extras including 'nuns and the British army' could be seen from this shot on their way to filming for Derry Girls close to the Derry Walls. The 'dramedy', which is set in the mid-90s against the backdrop of the Northern Ireland troubles, sees the main cast fall-foul of nuns and get impossible crushes on British soldiers.
Since it began, Derry Girls managed to perfectly encapsulate the humour and heart of those from Derry. And the filming on the Derry Walls captures the beating heart of the city.
The show has made its mark on Derry, with Derry Girls themes walking tours, merchandise and of course, the now-infamous Derry Girls mural.
