Four in a Bed viewers distracted by guests ‘sloppy’ outfit on Channel 4 show

Viewers were left unimpressed with one Four in a Bed star as his outfit choices left fans ‘disgusted’ with Tuesday's episode on Channel 4.

Tuesday night saw B&B guests travel to Denbighshire in Wales to visit hosts Sian Jones and Mary Roberts at their hotel, The Griffin Inn.

Carl and Steph Simpson from Cedarville Guest House in Withernsea, Yorkshire, stole the show on the second night - but not for the right reasons.

Steph was on the hunt in their room at The Griffin Inn, finding dust and soot on the handles and frames of doors, while another guest ended up spotting hair and mascara marks on their bed.

But viewers were left distracted by Carl’s choice of outfit, as his loosely fit muscle vests and shorts gave him a likening to Rab C Nesbitt.

Viewers flocked to social media to joke about his likeness to this Scottish icon, with one Twitter user writing: “Should be fun tomorrow...#fourinabed” alongside a photo of Mr Nesbitt.

Another said: “That vest would put me right off my bacon!#FourInABed”

And a third put: “Carl is overly fond of a vest #FourInABed”

A further comment read: “If that’s how he dresses in front of a tv crew I dread to think what he wears in privacy. Sloppy sod. Keep your vests to yourself please #FourInABed

It’s fair to say that the audience were not too fond of Carl's fashion sense, and we’re sure many people will tune in just to see if he continues the string vest trend throughout the week!

Four in a Bed resumes on Wednesday, March 30 at 5pm on Channel 4.
