A Four in a Bed hotel owner was left feeling furious after discovering a fellow business owner had underpaid for their stay at his Bed and Breakfast.
During a recent episode of the Channel 4 programme, the owners of the businesses got together to discuss their feedback and payment, things turned rather sour for one B&B owner.
One hotel decided enough was enough as they approached another business over why they had decided to take a hefty amount off of their bill for their stay.
Hotel owners Glenn and William were horrified to discover that Andrew and Chris had underpaid for their Dundee stay by 20%.
But it appears that their B&B which was in close proximity to the nearby airport caused several issues for the pair who didn't hold back with their complaints.
Father and son duo Andrew and Chris claimed that their beauty sleep had been interrupted by the noises of aircraft flying past the property and past the windows.
Despite their room being priced at £225 per night, they decided to pay £175 – knocking an eye-watering £50 off of their bill.
Speaking about the reduction, Chris explained: "We felt that around a 20% reduction would be fair to compensate us for the disturbed night's sleep and the cleanliness issues we had in the bathroom."
But hitting out, Glenn responded: "I can guarantee if you came to the reception and asked for 20% discount on your feedback I would've said, 'on your bike'.
"I think that's quite embarrassing actually, I'm going to be honest."
Although he faced criticism, Andrew defended his decision adding: "From six o'clock that morning with the plane noise outside, it was far from tranquil.
"You can't resolve the noise."
The comments, however, didn't fair well with Glenn who fumed: "So you've knocked off something quite big, for half of your problem and maintenance issues, the airport I can't move."
"I was talking about the specifics of being located next to the airport," responded Andrew before adding: "We felt like a minimum of 20% of our stay was affected by the noise and the lack of sleep."
But Glenn later branded the underpayment a "joke" as the group moved on from the heated discussion.
Despite their feud and underpayment, Chris and Andrew went on to be crowned the winners of the episode with Glenn and William and another couple losing out on the trophy.
