A run of four shops on a main shopping street are up for sale via public auction.
The four retail units at 170-173 Commercial Street, in Newport, are next to the historic Westgate Hotel.
The shops will be up for auction in March with a guide price of £410,000.

Two of the units are occupied by The Card Factory and The Works, with the other two currently vacant.
A representative from Newport-based Paul Fosh Auctions said this represents a significant rental income opportunity.
Debra Bisley, of Paul Fosh Auctions, said: "The retail units, in this truly fabulous building are slap bang in the heart of the city of Newport. A pair of the units is currently occupied by national retailers, The Works and The Card Factory, bringing in immediate income while the other two have very recently been occupied by H. Samuel and EE Stores.
"The property is currently achieving a rental income of £38,000 with the opportunity to achieve additional rental once the other two units are tenanted.
"The property forms part of a larger terraced building dating from the Victorian era, with an ornately carved sandstone frontage. The upper parts of the Victorian building, Westgate Apartments, are under separate ownership and don't form part of the current sale.
Property prices are at an all-time high in Newport, with houses selling for well over the asking price within days of hitting the market.
According to Rightmove, properties in Newport had an overall average price of £218,703 over the last year. Overall, sold prices in Newport over the last year were 6% up on the previous year and 10% up on the 2019 peak of £197,993.
This has made it difficult for private buyers to secure a home, and caused many landlords to increase rent prices.
