It’s Thursday already, which means more Fortnite challenges.
It’s the second week of Skye’s Adventure challenges. Last week’s challenges tasked players with hunting down Skye’s Coastal Campsites.
It appears she is somewhat obsessed with Arthurian legend, however. Maybe she’s on a backpacking adventure to find the tomb of King Arthur. Whatever the case, this week’s challenges task players with something a little bit loftier than campsites.
To complete this week’s challenges you’ll need to find all five of Skye’s Sword-in-the-Stone locations and interact with each of them. These are just boulders with her blue sword sticking out, and they’re dotted across the map in high places—not mountaintops for the most part. Hills and the like.
Where To Search Skye’s Sword In A Stone Found In High Places

In order to complete this challenge you’ll need to explore a pretty wide swath of Forntite’s rather large map. It will be easier in a Choppa, of course, though you don’t need to do this in a single match. You can find Choppas at Spy Bases and Safe Houses.
If, for instance, you were to land at The Shark you could then fly to the locations near Pleasant Park, pay a quick visit to The Agency (completing a second of this week’s challenges) and then hightail it down to the southeastern locations. I think it’s doable.
The locations can be visited in any order, but I’m ordering them based on a Choppa ride from The Shark (or Pleasant Park):
- Skye’s Sword Location #1: Northwest of Pleasant Park, you’ll find the sword on a high hill overlooking the coast in C2.
- Skye’s Sword Location #2: East of Pleasant Park on a hill overlooking the nearby river.
- Skye’s Sword Location #3: East of Craggy Cliffs on a hill near the radio tower and Safe House.
- Skye’s Sword Location #4: Atop the small mountain just west of The Grotto.
- Skye’s Sword Location #5: On a hill just north of Lazy Lake next to a much larger stone.
Once you’ve wrapped up 18 challenges between this week’s and last week’s you’ll have the option to choose either the GHOST or SHADOW skin-style. We’ll have guides for the Loyalty Missions up later this morning so stay tuned.
