Former Wolves star signs for Lowland League club

East Kilbride have signed former Wolves and Ayr United goalkeeper Jack Ruddy.

The 24-year-old was with West of Scotland Football League Premier Division side Darvel last season and arrives at K-Park to replace first choice shot-stopper Conor Brennan, who joined Stenhousemuir at the end of the season.

Kilby boss Kevin Rutkiewicz sais earlier in the week his "top priority" was to find a replacement between the sticks and the two-time Lowland champions have their man.

The club revealed the signing of the former Scotland under-21 international on their social media pages, sating: "The club are delighted to announce the signing of goalkeeper, Jack Ruddy.
