Former Wales star James Hook has joined Swansea RFC as backs coach.
The 81-cap player, who also went on a Lions tour, will help ex-Neath wing Kevin James oversee matters behind the scrum for the All Whites.
Now 37, Hook still looked as if he could still do a job as a player when he featured in his testimonial game at The Gnoll in June. You can read more about how Hook outclassed everyone here.

But he has been quietly building his reputation as a coach with Swansea University after being taken on as Ospreys’ skills and kicking coach in 2020.
Earlier this term, Gwyn Parks credited Hook with aiding his development after the Swansea University fly-half was voted player of the year by fans in the BUCs Super League.
“Hooky has been brilliant, helping me so much this year,” said Parks. “I have a lot to thank him for and I will always be grateful for his support and assistance.”
Parks reckoned Hook not only had the technical and tactical knowledge, but also communicated well with players.
Swansea have also appointed their former player Alex Lawson as strength and conditioning coach. Lawson played 57 times for the club between 1998 and 2006. Working with Hook at Swansea University last term, Gustafson was voted coach of the season in British universities and colleges rugby.
