Cleveland Browns quarterback Joe Flacco greeted a lot of his former teammates after the Browns’ decisive victory over the New York Jets. Flacco spent the two previous seasons in New York, mentoring the Jets’ young quarterback Zach Wilson. The quarterback was full of smiles after lighting up his former team and clinching the Browns’ third playoff appearance since 1999.
One of those former teammates was linebacker C.J. Mosley, who played with Flacco for two years with the Jets and four years with the Baltimore Ravens, couldn’t believe his ears as Browns’ fans reigned down cheers for the quarterback.
The former division foe told Flacco, “Who would’ve thought the (expletive) Browns would be screaming your name? That (expletive) crazy.”

Flacco nodded and agreed with his friend.
Flacco-mania has taken the city and league by storm. The energy around him has been overwhelmingly positive from everyone, including his former teammates. The Browns are becoming a feel-good story in the NFL as they have battled through injuries and adversity.
The team aims for a successful playoff run with Flacco at the command, and the Browns feel like a serious Super Bowl contender.
