The Pittsburgh Steelers traded for outside linebacker Malik Reed last August to help bolster the depth of the Steelers edge players. Reed came to Pittsburgh on the back of two very good seasons. Unfortunately, Reed flopped with Pittsburgh, even when plugged into the starting lineup and now finds himself signing a one-year contract with the Miami Dolphins.
Reed played in 14 games last season including two starts but only mustered one sack during that time. This is after having 13 sacks in the previous two seasons. With Reed gone, Pittsburgh is once again on the hunt for an edge rusher to back up T.J. Watt and Alex Highsmith. With free-agency options drying up quickly, Pittsburgh could look to the draft early for an explosive outside player.
Excited for @MTR_90 agreeing to a 1 year deal with the @MiamiDolphins
