Former RTE The Den presenter Emma Ledden pays tribute to fathers in new children's book

A former The Den presenter is paying tribute to fathers in her new children's book.

Children's author Emma Ledden's new book is set to be released on March 10 and will celebrate special father-child relationships.

People may be familiar with Emma from her time on The Den, presenting alongside Ray D'Arcy and Dustin The Turkey.

She also took on a presenting role for MTV years before Bray-born Laura Whitmore got a role at the popular station.

My Daddy Is My Hero is another addition to the author's already impressive children's book repertoire, which also includes hugely successful books such as All The Rainbow's Colours and The Communication Book and My Mammy Knows Everything, which is a tribute to the special relationships between mothers and their children.

Aimed at pre-schoolers aged 2 to 5 years old with a wonderful rhyming story and beautiful illustrations, My Daddy Is My Hero is described as "a book about the special relationship between father and child" and promises to be a heartfelt gift for any family, but particularly new fathers.

Emma Ledden is a proud mammy of two boys, Joshua and Noah, as well as a best selling author, leading international communication coach and television presenter.

Emma's books are known to spark joy while shining a light on important topics for children. Her previous cjildren's book, All The Rainbow's Colours, is an "inspirational and warm-hearted book" which explores diversity, inclusion and belonging for children, parents, and teachers.

Emma has worked with RTE, TV3, BBC, MTV and Nickelodeon, and has graced the front covers of international magazines including Maxim, Ministry, Loaded, Heat, FHM and Company.

My Daddy Is My Hero is available to pre-order now through Emma's website and via Amazon.
