Former New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick is officially joining “Inside The NFL” as an analyst.
The news was revealed in a promotional video for the show on Thursday.
“It’s almost time for season two of “Inside The NFL” on CW. I’m back as the host,” says Ryan Clark, who is wearing a two-toned black and yellow suit in the video. “An we’ve got Chris [Long], and of course, [Chad] Ocho Cinco. But still, there’s room for one more. Who could they be thinking of?”
After pondering who the fourth analyst could be, Clark is shown walking on set and seeing a hoodie lying on the table. That’s when Belichick appears on a screen in front of him.
“Hey Two Tone, enough with the voiceover. Just tell them when the show is on,” says Belichick.

Putting on an analyst hat feels like the perfect pivot for Belichick, who parted ways with the Patriots after 24 years in January.
He has not officially announced his retirement from coaching, and there’s always a chance he could be back on the sidelines for another team in 2025. For now, he’ll continue to stick around the sport as a talking head.
“Inside The NFL” is slated to return on Friday nights at 9 p.m. ET with the season premiere slated for August 30.
