Former Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly agreed a mouthwatering £173million per year deal to join Saudi Arabian side Al Nassr.
Ronaldo is the only player at the World Cup without a team after he agreed with United to terminate his contract in the wake of his scathing criticism of the club. The 37-year-old claimed he had "no respect" for manager Erik ten Hag, as United considered potentially suing the Portugal international over a possible breach of contract.
The two parties in the end resolved to mutually terminate Ronaldo's contract, as he now looks to find a new side to join up with when Portugal's time in the World Cup draws to a close. According to Spanish outlet Marca (via the Mirror), his future has already been decided.

They report that Ronaldo has agreed a two-and-a-half-year deal to join Al Nassr. The Saudi club, who are currently second in the Saudi Pro League, are seemingly prepared to pay the veteran up to £173m per year in a deal that would see him play into his 40s.
United's former no. 7 had initially wanted to leave Old Trafford in the summer in search of Champions League football. But there would be very few, if any, top European sides that could even come close to matching the sorts of figures being discussed in a possible move to Al-Nassr.
Elsewhere, Portugal outlet Record (via Sport Witness) report that Real Madrid are interested in making a move for Bruno Fernandes.
They claim that although the United midfielder is happy where he is, he has not fully ruled out swapping Manchester for Madrid should an offer be made. There is no doubt that the Portugal international's performances at the World Cup have raised his profile around the world, with the 28-year-old showing his class with two goals against Uruguay in their last group phase game.
Fernandes is currently under contract at Old Trafford until 2026, so any offer that may be forthcoming from Madrid would have to be substantial to convince Ten Hag to part ways with his talented midfielder.
