Vinnie Jones has back his former Leeds United side to come away with something from their trip to Arsenal on Sunday. The Whites are in desperate need of points as they continue their battle to remain in the Premier League.
Leeds currently sit 17 th in the table, level on points with Burnley and two clear of Everton – who currently occupy the final position in the bottom three. With Everton facing a Leicester City side on the back of a trip to Roma for a European Conference League semi-final, and Burnley hosting Aston Villa – who have very little to play for – the Whites know that a result could be key at the Emirates.
But opponents Arsenal also still have a great amount still to play for as the battle for the top four intensifies. The Gunners sit one point clear of Tottenham Hotspur and with Antonio Conte’s side away at Liverpool, Arsenal may see this as a big opportunity to strengthen their grip on fourth place ahead of the North London derby on Thursday.

But with the odds stacked firmly against Leeds, former Whites midfielder Jones has backed his side to come away with a point that could go a long way to securing survival. He thinks Jesse Marsch’s side are capable of causing Arsenal real problems.
Speaking in his latest EasyOdds column, he said: “Leeds to get something out of the game at the Emirates against Arsenal. City were too good for them last week, but the Gunners can be hassled - and might be.”
