Former Leeds United defender Ben White has broken his silence after leaving England's World Cup squad as he thanked Arsenal fans for voting him the Gunners Player of the Month.
The 25-year-old, who made 49 appearances for the Whites on-loan during the 2019/20 season, left England's Qatar squad at the start of December, with rumours a bust up with Steve Holland played a part in causing his departure.
Having not featured in any of England's Group B matches, White left the England camp and returned to Arsenal.

White played an instrumental role in helping Leeds return to the Premier League following years in the Football League wilderness under former Whites boss Marcelo Bielsa.
So good was White in the Championship that season for Leeds, that his then parent club Brighton & Hove Albion deemed him ready for the rigours of the top flight, before selling him on to Arsenal the following summer for a whopping £50m.
And speaking for the first time publicly via Arsenal's official Twitter account, White thanked the Gunners supporters for voting him their Player of the Month for December.
"Hi guys, just wanted to give you a quick message and say thank you so much for voting for me for Player of the Month," said White. "I really appreciate it and I'm just so thankful for the support you've shown me this season and every game.
"I hope everyone has a really good Christmas and spends time with their family and has a good time. Cheers!"
