Former Coronation Street star Kel Allen had her followers green with envy as she shared a few snaps from her holiday. The actress, who played Laura Neelan in the ITV soap, ditched the UK and headed Zanzibar earlier this month.
She first gave a glimpse of her trip just before the Jubilee weekend last week when she posed a selfie to Instagram, showing her resting in the sun in a big pair of shades. "HAKUNA MATATA," she captioned the snap before tagging her location.
Kel has since returned to the social media platform to share more stunning images from her trip. One showed the former soap star wearing a flowing black jumpsuit. The outfit featured a plunging, scooped back which showed off a huge inking down the centre of her body.

As she paired through some curtains, one image showed Kel peering back towards the camera with a smile. Her former on-screen daughter Millie Gibson, who plays Kelly in Corrie, was quick to comment, writing: "Beautiful mamma," to which Kel replied: "love youuuuuuu babba."
And fans were also flooding the post with compliments. Fan page @kels_neelans said: "You are so stunning!! Hope you’re having the best time!!" @nicdell2001 commented: "Wow you look Gorgeous as always, hope you are having an Amazing time." @paiges._.izzi replied: "Beautiful have the best time."
Others were more focused on Kel's tattoo. @josh.fairbridge_29 commented: "Love that tattoo on your back." @denbighjerseyboy said: "Love the tat!!" @sumarai_sword added a string of flame emojis and added: "Tattoo on back looks class."
But another of Kel's snaps showed the tattoo goes all the way down to the bottom of her back as she posed in an infinity pool in a black two-piece bikini. Looking at to the glistening clear blue sea, Kel captioned the snap: "To Infinity & Beyond! Heart Stealer."
While she was away, however, Kel did take the time out to share a tribute to her former co-star, Charlie De Melo, who exited the soap in shock scenes last week. Sharing an un-seen snap from what appears to be Charlie's leaving doo, she wrote: "Terrah to our Imran," as she, Georgia Taylor (Toyah), Harriet Bibby (Summer), Millie and Charlie could be seen in a candid snap.

Corrie fans were left crying their eyes out back in April as they watched Kel's final scene as Laura. The character passed away from stomach cancer while taking with her the dark secret that Gary Windass had murdered her husband Rick Neelan.
In her final days, Laura decided to take the rap for Gary after he confessed to murdering his loan shark boss back in 2019 after he had threatened him and his loved ones. Gary, who Laura had asked to be guardian to daughter Kelly following her death, admitted everything after she hired a private investigator to find out what had happened to her husband.
In a final sacrifice, she led her daughter to believe she had killed Rick. And she was charged with murder so that her troubled daughter could continue living in the care of Gary and his wife Maria. But Kelly refused to see her mum right until the very end, after having a change of heart, she arrived at the hospital to find out that she was too late and that Laura had died. In a powerful scene, Kelly held Laura for the last time as she wept for her mum, who had a photo of her baby girl by her bedside.
